Practical Information

Winterclash is around the corner and here are a few important things to know. We have gathered all the information you need to have a well planned, fantastic weekend. Please read carefully to know how to get around at Winterclash 2026.

NO HELMET NO SKATE – bring your helmet, you won’t be allowed to compete without one.

NO SMOKING INSIDE – Seriously! Please respect that rule! Otherwise we will have to kick you out and Winterclash will be over for you!
The smoking area is outside behind the stands/tribune in the foodcourt.
Thank you for your support. We love you!

AWARENESS – Winterclash is a big community event. BE KIND and respect each other. If you are affected by (or witness) misbehavior, sexual harassment, racism, homophobia or any other kind of nonsense, please inform one of our park rangers, crew members, security or Miguel & Gabi, our host. We will take you to a quiet space to talk or rest as soon as you contact us.

Entry & Tickets: Please double check if you have personalized your tickets. You can find the email with the link to download and personalize your ticket by searching for “Your tickets for Winterclash 2026” in your inbox (or your spam folder). If you can not find your ticket, please send an email to tickets@winterclash.com.
To speed up the entrance, please keep your ticket ready on your phone (or printed) when arriving at the Skatepark on Friday. Thursday is a free day for everyone and tickets won’t be checked. However, you can SAVE TIME for Friday and pass by the ticket-booth on Thursday already to already exchange your tickets to wristbands, check in for the guestlist or pick up your tickets. On Thursday the ticket-booth will be located upstairs next to the bar & cafe.

Address: AreaFiftyOne Skatepark, Ketelhuisplein, 5617 AB Eindhoven

It is NOT possible to park in front of – or next to – the skatepark. Vehicles parked illegally will be towed at owner’s expense. There is one indoor car-park right next to the park (follow the road behind Blue Collar Hotel). Free parking will be possible around the area of Groenewoudseweg (few minutes walk to the skatepark).

By train:
The central station of Eindhoven is simply called “Eindhoven”.
There is another station called “STRJP-S” which is only 3 minutes walk from the skatepark. Plan your trip by train: www.ns.nl/en

Riders Info:
If you signed up online to compete at Winterclash, please pass by the registration booth (upstairs next to the bar) on Friday to pay your registration fee and confirm that you will be competing – until two hours before your contest starts.

Schedule and Full Program: winterclash.com/schedule-2026
Next to the competition itself we have many side events to check out. Interviews, panel discussions, key notes, movie screenings and more. Make sure to dive into the full program for the full Winterclash experience.

Panel Room: Most of our side events are happening inside the Panel Room. It has a new location and you can find it upstairs at the end of the balcony in the very back of the building at the big bowl. Check the posters with the location map hanging all over the place inside the skatepark.

Tradeshow Access: You can access the downstairs tradeshow underneath the balcony at the end of the building, next to the skatepark (Roces Obstacle). The upstairs tradeshow is located next to the upstairs bar.

No Food & Drinks allowed to bring
It is not allowed to bring any food or drinks inside the skatepark (one bottle of WATER per person allowed (only water)). Bags will be checked at the entrance. Should this be other drinks, the visitors will be asked to empty the bottle in front of the building or store it at the security.

Food
The food area is located outside right behind the skatepark. You can access it from the grandstand/tribune. This year we are working with a catering partner. A wide range of quick, healthy, and cozy options will be available. Thursday night the foodcourt is closed and you will get pizza at the bar upstairs.

Payment:
It is only possible to by by card. No cash payment in 2026. There are two stations to BUY COINS, which you will need to pay for food&drinks. The indoor token sale point (at the upstairs main bar)  and the outdoor token booth (second set of stairs of the tribune). You won’t be able to withdraw money.

Payment tradeshow:
Some companies will offer payment by card, but from experience it makes sense to bring cash if you want to go shopping.

Toilets: There are standing and seating toilets located in the upstairs bar area as well as standing toilets in the outdoors food court behind the stands/tribune.

Walking around: We have created a new pathway and you can access the grandstand/tribune from both sides now. There is a pathway behind the big Roces skate-obstacles and you can pass underneath.

Lockers: We have a limited amount of lockers to be used for 6,50€ per day. Located upstairs on the balcony close to the bowl as well as downstairs next to the kids-course.

Greener Winterclash
Please bring your reusable water bottle/cup. You can re-fill it at the bar for 0.5 token or for free from the tab in the bathrooms (drinking water).Winterclash hard cups.
You will be charged 0.5 token with your first drink order. When re-ordering you will either return your hard cup and get a fresh one, or will have to buy another cup. You can not exchange the cup for cash or tokens but can exchange it for an eco coin. Eco coin can only be used to get a new cup, but not pay for new drinks.
Eco coin allows you to hand-in your cup when you don’t want to re-order straight away. It also allows you to return the cup at the end of the day and get a new one the day after, without being charged. Since you pay for the cups, they are allowed to take them home as souvenirs.

Help us recycle. There will be special trashcans for plastic bottles and cans.

Resi / Foampit
The resi area will be closed every day after 6 p.m.

Thursday – Opening at 5 p.m.:
Thursday is a free day for everyone and tickets won’t be checked. However, you can SAVE TIME for Friday and pass by the ticket-booth already on Thursday to exchange your tickets to wristbands, check in for the guestlist or pick up your tickets. The ticket-booth will be located upstairs next to the bar & cafe. Doors open at 05:00 p.m. and the first event taking place is the Panel about Skate Lessons.

Friday:
The skatepark is opening at 12 (noon).

Saturday the Skatepark is opening at 11:00 a.m.

Sunday the park will be open from 12:00-15:00 for an inline only session. Tickets will be available at the door for € 9,50

Lost and found: Close to the lockers upstairs. You can also ask at the bar or any Area51 staff.

Stickers & Graffiti:
Please don’t put stickers on tables, chairs, or other furniture. They damage the paint, and we’d love to keep the space cozy and well-maintained for you to enjoy for years to come. Same goes for graffiti of any kind.

Afterclash
There will be a Winterclash Afterparty at BIERGARTEN. Its the venue right next to Area51 entrance in the same building.

Thats it. Thank you for being awesome and see you very very soon.

Much Love – Team Winterclash

ps.: we highly suggest to preorder one of the scarfs before they are gone. You can pick them up at the event.
