FINAL INFORMATION

Preparations are almost done and we are very very excited about seeing you all super soon. Here is a summary of all the information that will be useful for your arrival and stay during Winterclash 2018.

Most important:
NO HELMET NO SKATE – bring your helmet, you won’t be allowed to skate without one.
NO SMOKING INSIDE – Please respect that rule! Thank you for your support. We love you!

Parking:
It is not possible to park next to Area51 Skatepark. Vehicles parked illegally will be towed at owner’s expense. There is two indoor car-parks right next to the park. Free parking will be possible around the area of Groenewoudseweg (few minutes walk to the skatepark).

By train:
The central station of Eindhoven is simply called “Eindhoven”.
There is another station called “STRJP-S” which is only 3 minutes walk from the skatepark.

Thursday:
Winterclash tickets are valid on Friday + Saturday. Entry fee on Thursday is 5€ and goes to Area51 Skatepark.
The park opens at 5 p.m. for the pre session. If you want to skate before that, there is another pre-event at 040 BMX Park next door: www.facebook.com/events/138765493463127

Friday the skatepark opens at 12 p.m.
Panel #2 with Jon Julio, Arlo Eisenberg and Chris Haffey at Blue Collar Hotel starts at 1 p.m.

Riders:
If you signed up online to compete at Winterclash, please pass by the registration booth (upstairs next to the bar) to pay your registration fee and confirm that you will be competing – until one hour before your contest starts.

Winterclash wristband: The wristband you will recive on Friday morning is valid for both days. Don’t take it off before the end of the event.

Lost and found: Behind the bar inside Area51 Skatepark

Food&Drinks:
It is not allowed to bring food&drinks inside the skatepark.
There are two stations to buy coins, which you will need to pay for food&drinks. Both stations accept card payment – but you wont be able to withdraw money.

Payment tradeshow:
Some companies will offer payment by card, but from experience it makes sense to bring cash if you want to go shopping.
